We deliver to UK mainland only excluding Northern Ireland. Free delivery excludes Scottish Highlands and some other outlying areas.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from receipt of full payment, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Damaged Items in Transport

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. Incorrect sizing supplied by you or failure by you to check suitability of standard sized products is not considered defective.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
